Access the Kincrew Help Center
The Kincrew Help Center is your resource for FAQs, setup help, user documentation, and helpful tips to get the most from your Kincrew app. Click on the Help Center image or Kincrew Help Center link for access. From the Kincrew Help Center home page, feel free to view our Knowledge Base content, or search globally for topics you are interested in. You will also have access to the Kincrew Community to explore or post your questions.
Submitting Support Tickets
To access the Tickets section of the Kincrew Help Center for submitting and tracking your support tickets, you will need to log in. Shortly after your Kincrew registration, you should receive an invitation via the email provided to Kincrew to enroll in the self-help portal. After accepting the invitation and creating your login credentials, you will be able to submit and track your support tickets. If you have not received your self-help portal invite, please email email@example.com to request a resend.
